All colour designations and their colour samples available at the wig brand Gisela Mayer are shown here in the colour table.
For technical reasons, the actual colour cannot be displayed on a screen. In addition, the colour changes depending on the viewing angle and the make of the screen.
The shine and light reflections are not even representable.
Even with the photography itself, different colours result depending on the exposure. We make every effort to use colour samples that are as true to the original as possible.
The colour name is at the top of each colour sample.
The number indicates the number of possible models with the corresponding colour.
With "search" all wigs with the corresponding colour are displayed. The following colour descriptions are in German and / or English.
Occasionally, there are several designations for various colours, e.g. a "/" instead of a "-" or space. Or names are used instead of the alphanumeric designation.
The bold letters in the color name either indicate the color ring or the color mix.
Examples of how they are used by Gisela Mayer:
S, P, L, N, G: Refers to the colored rings. They refer to the individual manufacturers with their color system. They are negligible in practice.
G, GD, T, M: Natural mottled roots / tips lighter
GT, GM, GL: highlights light / dark
S, N: Charged top of the head with the next lighter shade
R, L, LR, GMG, GMJ, TR, C: changing colors / composition colors
TT: Two-tone wig, the color at the hairline is different from the whole hair
+: A + in the name means that it is a two-tone wig. The following number indicates the corresponding hair color.
